A Very Special Orphan

Oliver is only 7 years old, but his story began long before he was born. It encompasses heartache and happiness, and a whole heaping of love. In fact, I am thinking of writing a book...problem is, I don't know if the ending will be happy or sad.

Oliver has had a lot of turmoil in his short life. Born an orphan, he struggles with understanding his role as a horse. Illness, injury, and emotional confusion have left him a dangerous, 18hh spoiled brat! I have been told to put him down, and I have actually had the vet on the way to do so. But I just can't. He means no harm, but at his size, his antics have reached the critical stage. While I trust him around my children, I cannot trust him when I am on his back any longer. He has gone from a willing partner to avoiding work at all costs, including rearing and flipping. I have contacted several Natural Horsemanship trainers for help, only to be told they don't take horses like him. Are you up for the challenge? Can you train 18hh of spoiled brat respect? Be certain t read Oliver's story. He is a very special orphan.

Two Women Take On Oliver's Challenge!

It may surpise you to know that it was difficult to find someone to take on Oliver! I contacted several Natural Horsemanship trainers who did not want to take on this challenge. That is why I am so thankful that Michigan trainer Brandie Corlew-Feasel and Energy Touch Therapist Sue Krenselewski have taken in the challenge of retraining and rehabilitating 18 hands of spoiled brat!
